Prayers to our Boston tribe
Primal Palette hopes everyone in Boston is safe and sound. Our prayers go out to you!
1000 Followers!
We’ve recently crossed the 1000 followers mark. Thanks to all the tribe for joining us on our Primal journey!
Weird Tumblr Stuff
Apparently someone accessed Primal Palette from an usual location, so Tumblr blocked our posting access and reset our theme. First of all, I really feel like we’ve hit the big time if we’re being hacked! Must have been Monsanto since we grump about them all the time! ;-)
In any case, if you’ve experienced blog weirdness, thank you for your understanding and patience. Everything should be back to normal now. Passwords have been updated, themes have been restored, and we wish the tribe a fantastic weekend. Grok on!
Removed Veggie Protein Post
Thanks to the tribe for pointing out the flaws of the study. We followed up with our own research and it was essentially comparing apples to oranges. If the tribe finds a more accurate analysis of veggie protein, please send it our way.
Welcome New Tribe Mates

Welcome!
We just hit around 800 tribe mates, so we’d like to take a moment to welcome the new faces around the campfire.
About PriPal will tell you about the cave people that run this blog.
If you’re new to eating living primal or paleo, check out our links for some essential stuff. If that leaves you hungry for more, MDA has an exhaustive resource guide.
You’ll find some recipes and meal ideas on this site. We’re hoping to make more of those soon! The MDA website has a bunch more primal recipes, and we’ve been finding the new quick & easy cookbook very handy. Remember, if you’re paleo, just cut out the dairy from primal recipes and you’re pretty much good to go.
Our archives go back a couple of years now and are loaded with good content, so you’ll be rewarded for surfing past page 1.
If you look over to the right you’ve got a translation tool for switching the blog into your favorite language, a tag cloud to view posts by tag, and an Amazon store widget, where we’ve linked a few of our favorite products.
Contact us anytime with questions, comments, or just to say hello. We love hearing from you.
GROK ON!
Primal Palette Favorites
We got enough positive feedback to add a Amazon.com “Favorites” widget in the right column. Over time we’ll load it up with books, movies and other things that we’ve found helpful along our primal journey. If you think of anything awesome that belongs in there, please get in touch!
Back from Vacation
We missed you. Details of the trip to follow!
Welcome New Tribe Mates

The tribe has been growing fast as of late, so please check out this post on how to get the most out of Primal Palette.

Review Primal Palette
We’ve been at this for over a year now and tribe has grown to several hundred, so we’d like to take a moment and ask what you like or don’t like about the blog? Is there a particular type of post you enjoy most and would like to see more of?
Thank you all for joining us and sharing our primal journey.
Love, respect, and Grok on!
Welcome New Tribe Mates!

Every 50 new tribe mates or so we like to point our friends to this post. It goes over our blog and how to get the most out of it.
